nano analytik GmbH had the great opportunity to be represented by its US sales representative piezosystem jena Inc. at the Photonics West. Photonics West exhibition is the premier photonics and laser event where you can find the latest components, devices, and systems for your research or business needs.

The visitors saw the fastest nano characterization system on the market. With its "all piezoresistive", ultra-high speed developments the nano analytik GmbH systems represent the next generation AFM technology. Together with the cooperation partner piezosystem jena inc. nano analytik GmbH exhibited the new advanced nanoMETRONOM atomic force microscopy system (AFM) and AFMinSEM operating in various scanning probe microscopy (SPM) modes.
